UN Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities


Syed Jamaluddin, author of „FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR“ and an active campaigner for an independent state for Urdu speaking nation living in Pakistan has demanded of the Government of Pakistan to categorize Urdu speaking nation as „ETHNIC AND LINGUISTIC MINORITY“ as defined in the UN Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities.

Syed Jamaluddin has also asked the Government of Pakistan to provide an ethnic and linguistic autonomy to Urdu speaking nation living in Karachi and other cities in the province of SINDH under a specific „AUTONOMY PACKAGE“ similar to GILGIT-BALTISTAN AUTONOMY PACKAGE 2009 described as Gilgit-Baltistan Empowerment and Self-Governance Order 2009. He has also demanded of the Government of Pakistan to allow Urdu speaking nation to describe themselves as „URDU SPEAKING MINORITY“and as such all Government forms, literature and official correspondence should indicate this specific identity of Urdu speaking nation with immediate effect. Urdu speaking nation should not be classified as „SINDHIS“ in any manner because Urdu speaking people are not Sindhis. Putting the label of „SINDHI“ on Urdu speaking nation is rather a great insult of Urdu speaking people. Urdu speaking people should be identified in terms of their own ehtnic and linguistic origin i.e. URDU SPEAKING MINORITY.

Syed Jamaluddin has requested ALTAF HUSSAIN, leader of MQM, not to destroy the identity of Urdu speaking nation living in Pakistan by eliminating their ethnic and linguistic significance. Syed Jamaluddin has condemned the policy of Altaf Hussain by virtue of which Altaf Hussain is busy in pleasing Punjabi military establishment and Sindhi political administration for temporary gains. Syed Jamaluddin has reiterated that Pakistan has nothing to offer to the Urdu speaking nation living in present undivided Pakistan. He has pledged to continue his efforts for making of REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR regardless of his limited resources. Syed Jamaluddin has requested all Urdu speaking intellectuals to understand his message and join hands with him in promoting the idea of an independent state for Urdu speaking nation.

KERRY-LUGAR BILL: A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT PAVING WAY FOR PAKISTAN´S DISINTEGRATION

Syed Jamaluddin has appreciated the contents of KERRY-LUGAR BILL which has also been signed by President Obama thus making it a law. The said Bill shall pave way for disintegration of Pakistan in an engineered manner. After thoroughly understanding the political system in Pakistan, American think tanks along with other experts on South Asian geo-political situation have finally reached to the conclusion that unless Pakistan is disciplined by external forces such as USA, there is indeed possibility of expansion of terrorim around the world from Pakistan´s soil. Syed Jamaluddin, author of "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" being the advocate of Pakistan´s disintegration since 2001 has expressed satisfaction that the KERRY-LUGAR BILL is the first serious step towards cornering Pakistan´s military establishment and as such paving way for restructuring geography of South Asia in accordance with strategy to be implemented by the USA in combatting terrorism emanating from that region. In the light of the KERRY-LUGAR BILL, Pakistan´s military will not be able to rule the country through back-door military coup. Absence of such military coup shall allow the civil society of Pakistan to decide fate of Pakistan in the longer run exactly like YUGOSLAVIA where UN played the role of an external force to keep military out of power thereby allowing provinces to seek independence. Reacting to the recent statement of Pakistan´s Interior Minister Rehman Malik in which he had mentioned about taking action against people found involved in spreading socalled disinformation about Pakistan´s government and secret agencies through emails and blogs, Syed Jamaluddin (writer of DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM and FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR)has said that a failed and corrupt country like Pakistan does not deserve pointing fingers towards people engaged in exposing reality of Pakistan´s corrupt establishment and secret agencies. Syed said that Iran´s fraudulent elections were challenged by the people through the internet which created awareness among the masses in Iran. Hence, internet is the best option in today´s world in order to facilitate freedom of expression. Syed said that Rehman Malik and his alike cannot stop people around the world from exposing the truth about Pakistan through internet. Syed pledged to ensure that efforts shall be made to accelerate campaign against Pakistan´s involvement in Afghanistan and various terrorist activities in Kashmir and parts of India. Syed Jamaluddin has been a frequent critic of Pakistan and has always advocated disintegration of Pakistan since 2001.

SWAT- STILL A DANGER ZONE FOR PAKISTANI ARMY

In a recent statement, Syed Jamaluddin, author of books "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" and "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR" has said that SWAT (in North West Frontier Province of Pakistan) IS STILL in control of the Pakistani-based Taliban who are hiding in the hills. The glaring evidence of FALL OF SWAT is the displacement of millions of Swat´s residents. Pakistan Army is currently fighting to defeat Taliban and regain total control of Swat which seems very difficult. In view of the fact that Taliban are getting more closer to Islamabad, Americans have changed their strategy and now a MINI-PENTAGON shall be established in Islamabad in order to secure American interests in the region.

SYED JAMALUDDIN´S MESSAGE ON DEATH ANNIVERSARY OF ZULFIQAR ALI BHUTTO

In his message on the 30th anniversary of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto (former prime minister of Pakistan and father of Benazir Bhutto), Syed Jamaluddin (author of DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM and FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR) has said that Punjabi establishment was responsible for disintegrating Pakistan in 1971, killing Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, creating Taliban, promoting cross broder terrorism and adopting discriminatory policies. He said that Pakistan should be divided immediately in order to get rid of Punjabi establishment´s conspiracy of ridiculing Sindhis, Balochis, Pakhtoons and Urdu speaking nation currently living under the umbrella of socalled federation. The deceased leader of PAKISTAN PEOPLE´S PARTY Benazir Bhutoo had once said "Democracy is the best revenge". She worked hard to ensure that true democracy should come back to Pakistan. She was ultimately killed by the PUBJABI military dictatorship in order to pave way for "PUNJABI DEMOCRACY" which was never her motive or objective. Recent restoration of a Punjabi judge as Chief Justice of Pakistan through a massive political blackmailing and undue coercion by the Punjabi political forces has yet again proved that Pakistan is a country dominated and controlled by PUNJABI establishment. Nawaz Sharif being a Punjabi political leader of socalled PAKISTAN (PUNJAB) MUSLIM LEAGUE got the full support from the PUNJABI ARMY and PUNJABI Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI)in pressurizing and undermining Asif Ali Zardari and Yousuf Raza Gilani in getting his demand of restoration of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary as CHIEF JUSTICE of Supreme Court be met in hours after launch of a massive BLACKMAIL MARCH which was termed by Nawaz Sharif and his fellow Punjabis as LONG MARCH. This has also proved that Pakistan is already a divided country. Punjab is on one side while Sindhis, Pakhtoons, Balochis and Urdu Speaking people are on the other side. In 1971, Punjab was on one side while Bengal was on the other side. Time has therefore come for Sindhis, Pakhtoons, Balochis and Urdu Speaking people living under the Punjabi siege to get up and realize their "real" status under the umbrella of a failed state called Pakistan. Now is the time for best revenge. And the best revenge is DISINTEGRATION OF PAKISTAN. If Sindhis, Pakhtoons, Balochis and Urdu Speaking people do not act to safeguard their identities, Punjab will continue to rule them. PAKISTAN MUST BE DIVIDED. DISINTEGRATION IS THE BEST REVENGE.

ISI IS 100% BEHIND THE MUMBAI MASSACRE

In a recent statement, Syed Jamaluddin has expressed his apprehension that INTER-SERVICES INTELLIGENCE (ISI) Pakistan was 100% involved in the Mumbai Massacre. According to him, the operation was termed as "OPERATION DHOOM" by ISI in their secret documentation. Syed Jamaluddin also claimed that he has more specific information about such attacks designed by ISI. He has condemned negative campaign by Punjabi lobby in Pakistan against his books "DIVIDE PAKISTAN TO ELIMINATE TERRORISM" and "FORMATION OF REPUBLIC OF JINNAHPUR". Syed Jamaluddin said that disintegration of Pakistan is very near.
